The Claap x Nooks integration imports your Nooks calls into Claap automatically. Each call is transcribed, summarized and synced to your CRM, like any other call in Claap.
⚠️ This integration is in Beta.
Prerequisites
A Pro license in Claap
Admin access in Claap to set up the integration
A Nooks API key with read access to calls, prospects and users
You don't need a partnership or a specific plan with Nooks.
Connect Nooks to Claap
Click on the Workspace Logo, then on Settings
Click on View all integrations
Click on the Nooks tile, then on Connect
Paste your Nooks API key
Claap shows you a Webhook URL and the setup steps
In Nooks, add this Webhook URL
Copy the webhook signing key from Nooks and paste it in Claap
Click Connect
The Nooks tile now shows a green check in Apps & Integrations.
Set your minimum call duration
On the Nooks integration page, choose the minimum duration above which calls are imported. By default, it is set to 2 minutes. Shorter calls are not imported.
How it works
Once connected, every new Nooks call with a recording is imported into Claap automatically.
The call belongs to the rep who made it
It is labelled as a Nooks call
It gets its transcript, summary and AI features like any other recording
Only calls logged after the connection are imported. Calls without a recording are skipped.
Sync Nooks calls with your CRM
Nooks calls sync to your CRM as calls, not as meetings, so your activity tracking stays accurate.
Claap matches the prospect by email. When there is no email, it matches by phone number through your CRM.
Disconnect Nooks
Open the Nooks integration page in Claap
Click Disconnect
In Nooks, delete the Claap webhook
FAQ
Do I need a partnership or a special plan with Nooks? No. A Nooks API key with read access to calls, prospects and users is enough. In Claap, you need a Pro license.
Will my Nooks calls show up as meetings in HubSpot? No. They sync as calls.
Why isn't my call in Claap? Check that the call was recorded in Nooks, that it lasts longer than your minimum duration, and that it happened after you connected the integration.
