Insights Templates are now Fields

Learn what's changing, what's staying the same, and how Fields expand what your meeting intelligence can do

We've upgraded Insights Templates into something more powerful: Fields. It's the same meeting intelligence you already rely on, now easier to manage, reuse, and connect to the rest of your stack.

The short version: you don't need to do anything. The change is automatic, nothing has been deleted, and all your data is safe.

What's changing?

Insights Templates have evolved into Fields, a more flexible way to extract structured information from your meetings, with new capabilities on top: automation, CRM sync, reusable templates, and advanced reporting.

The transition happens automatically, so it's seamless for everyone.

Will I lose any data?

No. Everything carries over, including:

  • Your existing templates

  • Your historical data and previously generated values

  • Your existing automations and workflows

Your recordings, reports, and workflows keep working exactly as before. There's nothing to recreate or migrate by hand.

Where did my templates go?

They've simply moved. Instead of living under Folders, your templates are now in the Meetings section.

Open Meetings and you'll find:

  • All of your migrated templates

  • The Fields linked to each one

  • A single place to view, edit, and organize your meeting analyses

Everything now sits right alongside your meetings, so it's quicker to configure, reuse, and analyze what matters to you.

What's new with Fields?

This upgrade unlocks several things that weren't possible before:

  • Auto-run : generate Field values automatically on future meetings, with no manual step.

  • CRM Sync : push AI-generated insights straight to HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Reusable templates : create an Field once and reuse it across your whole workspace.

  • Advanced reporting : filter, group, and analyze meetings by Field directly in your Meeting Views.

  • Custom prompts : build Fields tailored to your own processes and business needs.

Build views that fit each team

You can create different Meeting Views depending on your workflow, then show the ones you need and hide the rest :f so every team focuses on the insights that matter to them. For example:

  • SPICED Qualification

  • Sales Coaching

  • Customer Success Reviews

  • Product Feedback

  • Discovery Calls

Available through MCP

Fields are also fully available through MCP. Rather than querying individual templates, you can now query an entire view, for example, asking MCP for the SPICED Scoring view of a meeting and getting structured insights back, ready to plug into your own workflows and automations. It's a much more flexible way to access your meeting intelligence programmatically.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. That said, now is a great moment to get more out of the new experience:

  • Explore the Fields view in your Meetings section

  • Review your existing workflows

  • Turn on Auto-run where it's useful

  • Connect your Fields to your CRM if relevant
