This action is only available for Admin/Owner of the workspace

⚠️ Danger zone Deleting a workspace results in deleting all the folders and claaps saved into it. You cannot undo this action.

To delete a workspace:

  1. Click on the name of your workspace in the lateral bar. Before starting, review and back up any recordings you wish to retain.

  2. Go to Workspace Settings > General.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Delete workspace.

  4. Confirm the deletion of the workspace by clicking on the red button Delete workspace.

Impact of Account Deactivation on Recordings

If a member's account is deactivated through the Settings, their recordings remain on the account and are not deleted. These recordings will continue to be accessible to other members of the workspace, ensuring that important data is retained even if a user is no longer active.

Deleting a workspace and deleting a profile are not the same in Claap.

  • To delete your profile, read Delete your profile

  • To remove users or leave a workspace, read Remove Users.- For details on how recordings are managed during workspace deletion or account deactivation, refer to the relevant sections above.
