Overview
The Claap x Attio integration allows you to automatically or manually log a note in Attio containing your meeting details and summary and map that activity to the relevant contacts.
⚠️ In order for Attio integration to work, you will first need to connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Only recordings of meetings in your integrated calendar will have the Attio push enabled.
Turn on Attio Integration
Before being able to log an activity in Attio directly from Claap, you will need to connect your Attio account with your Claap account:
Open your Apps & Integrations settings and click on the Attio tile:
Click on "Connect":
Log in through Attio's authentication with the same email account you used to log into Claap
That's it, at this point, you have connected your Attio account with your Claap account. The Attio integration tile should now show a green check:
How it works
Anytime you record a meeting with external participants, a corresponding note activity will automatically be added for this meeting in Attio, attached to the relevant contact(s) in Attio.
This note will contain the meeting details, the list of participants, the meeting summary from Claap, and a link to the meeting recording.
💡 A note activity will be created in Attio for each external meeting attendee. A new contact will be added in Attio if the contact/email does not yet exist.
When a note has been added in Attio, you can then access it anytime directly from the link provided below the meeting recording, at the bottom of the Overview tab:
💡 Meetings which have Attio notes attached will display the Attio icon on their tile in your Library:
To manually create or update a Attio note from Claap:
Click on
Add note to AttioorUpdate note in Attioin your meeting recording:
A confirmation message should appear indicating the note has been created, with a direct link to the new note on Attio:

Your contacts and deals are always up-to-date with the latest meeting information available directly in Attio, and you can easily go back to the original meeting recording if you ever need.
