What is the minimum duration for importing Aircall conversations?
This limit specifies the minimum duration required for a meeting or call to be imported. If the duration of the call does not meet this threshold, it will not be imported into Claap.
💡 By default, the minimum call duration is set to 2 minutes.
Why is the minimum duration limit important?
The minimum duration limit helps exclude irrelevant calls and meetings, such as voicemails. By applying this duration, only meaningful interactions are imported into Claap.
How to adjust the minimum duration limit?
It may sometimes be necessary to adjust the minimum duration for calls and meetings according to the needs and preferences of your company. You have the option to modify the default limit in your Aircall <> Claap integration settings:
Open your Settings from the left lateral bar
Click on the Aircall item under Apps & Integrations
Under Preferences, check the minimum duration setting and choose the threshold you prefer for your workspace:
You can choose among the following options:
No minimum (i.e. all Aircall conversations will be imported into Claap)
15 seconds
30 seconds
1 minute
2 minutes
