Overview
The Claap x Aircall integration allows you to import your Aircall conversations into Claap. Claap will then transcribe the call, automatically generate meeting notes, sync them with your CRM, and give you access to key insights.
Turn on Aircall Integration
Before being able to import your calls from Aircall, you will need to connect your Aircall account with your Claap account:
Login to your Claap account
Click on the Workspace Logo and then on
Settings
Click on
View all integrations
In the Apps & Integrations window click on the Aircall tile:
Click on "Connect":
Log in through Aircall's authentication with the same email account you used to log into Claap
Select which Aircall numbers should be linked to this integration
A success message should be shown, as below:
That's it, at this point, you have connected your Aircall account with your Claap account.
The Aircall integration tile should now show a green check in Apps & Integrations:
Configure Aircall with auto recording
In order for calls to be imported, you or your admin need to ensure your Aircall number is set to record incoming and/or outgoing calls automatically.
Connect to your Aircall Dashboard
Click on
Numbers
Select the number for which you want to import calls into Claap
Click on the
Settings
tabIn the Call Recording section, toggle to
ON
the settingStart recording automatically
for Incoming calls and/or Outgoing calls, depending on your needs.
You can also choose to enable the setting Allow the user to start recording
in addition to or instead of the automatic recording.
โ ๏ธ Calls which are not recorded in Aircall will not be imported into Claap.
How it works
Once the integration is connected, anytime you have a recorded conversation on Aircall it will be imported into Claap within a few minutes after the end of your call.
Your call will appear among your meetings in your Library

After being processed, the recording will have its transcript available and automatic summary generated, as any other meeting recording.
On the recording page, below the video you will find a link named Aircall conversation
which points to the Aircall page for this conversation:
๐ก CRM sync will also be triggered if you have a CRM connected to Claap and if your contact's information in Aircall has correct email information which can be matched with the contact details in your CRM.
Disconnect the Claap x Aircall integration
In order to disconnect Aircall from your Claap workspace, you need to disconnect the integration directly from the Integrations page in your Aircall Dashboard.
Connect to your Aircall Dashboard
Click on
Integrations & API
Click on the
My integrations
tabClick on the Claap integration among the listed integrations
In the Claap integration page, click on
Delete integration
