What is the Magic Clips report?

Magic Clips are automatically generated by Claap AI during your sales calls and meetings to capture important moments like objections, praise, feature requests, and other key insights. The Magic Clips report consolidates all these clips from across your workspace into a single, searchable table:

How to Access the Magic Clips report

  1. In your Claap workspace, look for Magic Clips in the left sidebar navigation:

  2. Click on Magic Clips to open the report

The report will display all Magic Clips from recordings that are visible in your Library.

Understanding the Magic Clips report interface

The Magic Clips report displays the following information for each highlight:

  • Title: The name of the magic clip

  • Recording Title: The name of the original meeting (click to open the recording)

  • Company: The company associated with the meeting

  • Deal: The deal linked to the meeting (if connected to your CRM)

  • Date: When the recording was created

  • Tags: The type of highlight (among Objections, Pain Points, Competitor Mentions, etc)

  • Quote: The actual content of the magic clip, from the transcript

Viewing full quotes

If a quote is truncated in the table view, hover over the quote cell to see a tooltip with the complete text.

Available actions

Right-click on any magic clip to access these options:

  • Copy quote to clipboard: Copies the highlight text to your clipboard

  • Open in transcript: Opens the original recording at the exact moment of the highlight

  • Delete: Removes the magic clip

Copy quote to clipboard and Open in transcript are also available by hovering over the quote itself:

Filtering and Sorting Your Clips

The Magic Clips report includes standard sorting and filtering options, similar to options available in channels.

Exporting your Magic Clips

To export your Magic Clips data:

  1. Click the three dots menu (⋯) in the header of the report:

  2. Select Export CSV to download your filtered data
