You can make your questions more precise by mentioning specific entities using the @ symbol, just like mentioning someone in a message. When you start typing the @ symbol, suggested entities will be shown. You can reference:
People (e.g., "@John")
Recordings (e.g., "@Weekly Team Meeting")
Folders (e.g., "@Sales Meetings")
Deals (e.g., "@Acme Corp Deal")
Companies (e.g., "@Acme Corporation")
This helps guide ClaapAgent to provide more targeted and relevant responses.
Adding Insights to Meeting Overview
When using ClaapAgent from within a specific recording, you'll see an "Add to Meeting Notes" button at the bottom of AI responses under the action section:
This allows you to save valuable responses directly into the Overview section of your recording.

FAQ
Why didn't ClaapAgent list all of my calls?
This is now fixed. When you ask ClaapAgent about someone's calls (e.g. "summarize all of Saida's calls today"), it now returns every recording that person took part in, not just the ones where they were detected as a speaker.
This was especially noticeable on external calls (such as Aircall recordings) where the participant wasn't picked up in the speakers list, so some calls looked "missing" even though they were there. ClaapAgent now matches on meeting participants too, so the list is complete.
💡 If you still notice a call missing after this, let us know, it points to a different cause (such as access permissions) and we'll be happy to look into it with you. |
