Once onboarding is complete, you'll land on the My meetings screen, your home base inside the Claap mobile app. This is where you find your upcoming meetings, review your past notes, and start a chat with Claap AI across your entire meeting history. This article walks you through every section.
Overview of the screen
| The My meetings screen is organized into time-based sections, with the most recent and upcoming activity at the top. From top to bottom you'll see:
|
The "Coming up" section
This section shows meetings pulled directly from your connected work calendar. Each entry displays:
The date in a colored tile.
The meeting title : including the workspace prefix when relevant (e.g., "Notion - Demo call", "Figma - Quarterly review").
The start time and number of attendees.
Tap any upcoming meeting to view its details, the attendee list, and any notes you've prepared in advance. From a meeting's detail page, you can also start recording or take notes once the meeting begins.
If you have more meetings than fit on the screen, tap Show more in the top-right of the section to expand the list.
The "Earlier today" and "Yesterday" sections
These sections contain notes from meetings that have already happened. Each entry shows:
A document icon indicating notes exist.
The meeting name : either the calendar event title (e.g., "Notion - Discovery call") or a generic name like "New meeting" or "Quick note" if you started a note manually.
The time the meeting or note was created.
Tap any past meeting to open the notes, transcript, and AI-generated summary. From there you can edit the notes, share them, or chat with Claap AI specifically about that meeting.
The difference between named meetings and Quick note / New meeting entries:
Named meetings (e.g., "Notion - Discovery call") were automatically matched to a calendar event.
New meeting / Quick note are notes you started manually without an associated calendar event useful for ad-hoc conversations or hallway chats.
The workspace icon
The colored icon in the top-right corner of the screen (e.g., the blue lemlist logo) represents the workspace you're currently signed into. Tap it to open your account settings, switch workspaces, manage notifications, or sign out.
The search icon
Tap the magnifying glass icon to search across your meeting titles, transcripts, and notes. This is the fastest way to find a specific conversation when you remember a keyword but not the date.
The "Chat with all your meetings" bar
At the bottom of the screen sits a persistent input field labeled Chat with all your meetings, with a blue + button to its right.
Tap the chat bar to ask Claap AI a question across every meeting you've recorded for example: "What did the customer at Notion say about pricing?" or "Summarize all my discovery calls from this week."
Tap the + button to start a new note or recording manually, without waiting for a calendar event.
This is one of the most powerful features in Claap: instead of digging through individual meetings, you can let the AI surface answers based on your entire history.
Tips
Pull down to refresh the meeting list if a freshly scheduled calendar event doesn't appear yet.
Long-press a past meeting to access shortcuts like share, rename, or delete (depending on your device).
If you're in multiple workspaces, double-check the workspace icon before sharing notes
recaps go to teammates inside the active workspace.
