Your Meeting page

Everything related to a conversation lives on a single page. Here's how to navigate it.

After recording your first conversation, you'll find it in your Meetings library.

Open any meeting and you'll notice something different.

Instead of simply watching a video, you're looking at a workspace built around a conversation.

Everything you need to review, understand, edit and share that meeting is available from this single page.

Let's take a tour.

The video player

At the center of the page is your recording.

Use the player to watch or listen to the conversation whenever you need additional context.

Below the player, you'll find the speaker timeline, making it easy to understand who spoke throughout the meeting and quickly jump to different moments.

You can also:

  • play or pause the recording

  • change playback speed

  • enter fullscreen mode

  • react with emojis

  • leave comments

Navigate your meeting

Just below the video, you'll find several tabs.

Each one helps you explore your meeting from a different perspective.

Overview

Start here. Get a quick understanding of the conversation, key takeaways and suggested follow-ups.

AI Fields / Insights

View structured AI analyses based on your templates and sales frameworks.

Transcript

Read the full conversation and quickly find what was said.

Coaching

Review coaching feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Chapters

Jump directly to important parts of the meeting without watching everything.

More (+)

Access additional meeting views and future capabilities.

Tip: If you're opening a meeting for the first time, always start with the Overview before exploring the other tabs.

Take action

Your meeting isn't just something to watch.

It's something you can work from.

Depending on your workspace configuration, you'll find actions such as:

  • Generate a follow-up email

  • Ask Claap AI questions about the meeting

  • Send information to your CRM

These actions help you move from conversation to action without leaving the meeting page.

Understand the participants

At the top of the meeting you'll find useful context, including:

  • meeting title

  • participants

  • organizer

  • recording date

  • meeting language

You can also add participants if needed or change the meeting language for a better experience.

Understanding who participated makes it much easier to revisit conversations weeks or months later.

Share your meeting

One of the most powerful parts of Claap is collaboration.

Click Share to:

  • invite teammates

  • share with a team

  • generate a public link

  • control permissions

  • decide whether guests can download the recording

  • choose what external viewers can see

  • create an embeddable version

Instead of sending large video files, simply share the conversation.

Collaborate with comments

On the right side of the meeting page you'll find the discussion panel.

Use it to:

  • ask questions

  • leave feedback

  • mention teammates

  • discuss specific moments in the conversation

This keeps conversations attached to the meeting itself instead of getting lost in Slack or email.

Customize your meeting

The More (...) menu gives you additional options for managing your recording.

Depending on your permissions, you can:

  • edit the recording

  • trim the video

  • create clips

  • edit chapters

  • change the thumbnail

  • copy the transcript

  • duplicate the meeting

  • move it to a folder

  • download it

  • delete it

You'll also find options to change the meeting layout or refresh AI-generated content.
