Claaps plans are flexible, which means you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

You can cancel your Claap paid subscription at any time. When you do, the changes will take effect at the end of your billing period.

How to cancel your subscription

From your Workspace Settings, open the Plans & Licenses tab. Click on the "..." menu and click on Cancel subscription:

What happens once you cancel your subscription?

Once you reach the end of the billing cycle, a few things happen:

  • Your workspace will move to a Free plan

  • All workspace members will be migrated to a Basic license

  • All workspace members will be moved to an Owner role

  • Workspace members who have exceed the recording limits included in the Basic license will not be able to create a new recording until you upgrade again.

  • All workspace members will lose access to all paid premium features (see premium features)

  • Your previously created content will remain accessible

How does cancelling your subscription affect other workspace members?

All workspace members will remain in the workspace. However, they will be limited to the recording capabilities and features included in the free Basic license.
