Basic license (free)
A Basic license is for contributors who need a limited ability to record or upload videos in your workspace.

ā¹ļø Even though the Basic license is free, it grants access to the entire workspace. Members on a Basic license can record and collaborate on videos in the workspace. Pro license
Our Pro license is perfect for Product and Team leaders looking to record a lot more meetings and benefit from advanced collaboration and privacy settings as well as more AI-powered features. It is the solution for growing teams that need unlimited recordings, as well as all the power AI can bring to your videos.
With the Pro license, you get access to:
Unlimited recordings, with a monthly upload quota and a monthly cap on recording minutes

Business license
Our Business license is specifically designed for Sales-related roles and Revenue Teams. It brings unlimited meeting recording, unlimited recording time, and a higher limit on monthly uploads. It also enables advanced AI-powered features tailored to Revenue Teams. Additionally, only meetings conducted by users with a Business license are included in Analytics, providing valuable insights into team activities. Users on a Pro license will not have their recordings counted in Analytics, even if the recordings exist. To ensure inclusion, verify that the user conducting the meetings has a Business license.

Admin auto-recording and sharing controls š” Insights has been replaced by AI Fields and Meeting Views. To access the information previously available under "Insights," open the relevant call and view the associated Meeting View containing the AI Fields you need.
AI Fields: Individual AI-generated data points such as summaries, key takeaways, action items, SPICED frameworks, and objections
Meeting Views: Collections of AI Fields that display relevant information across different meeting types, which can be reused, automated, shared with teams, and synced with CRMs

Our Enterprise offering is for teams looking to scale collaboration and want to use Claap across several different departments or teams and are looking for higher security and custom integration features.
