What are Smart columns?

Smart columns is an AI-powered feature that automatically analyzes your recordings and extracts your custom insights without requiring you to manually review each meeting. Use Smart columns to identify key information from your recordings and display it in an organized, easy-to-read Table Layout.

Adding Smart columns to your table view

  1. In any channel, switch to Table Layout (if not already active)

  2. Click on Add smart column

  3. In the popup that appears, select the insight (or create a new one) to be displayed in your new column

  4. Click on Generate preview . This will extract your new insight for 3 recordings from your table, giving you a preview of the generated insight

  5. Modify your insight if desired

  6. Click on Add smart column

  7. Choose to add the generated preview only to the 3 preview recordings, or to generate the selected insight for all rows in the table:

  4. Every row will progressively populate with the newly generated insight
