Notifications always reach your Claap Notifications panel. What you control on this screen is whether they also reach you by email digest and in Slack.
It's laid out as a grid: every event that can trigger a notification down one side, the three channels across the top. Tick the combinations you want.
The distinction that matters
Turning something off here doesn't stop the notification existing. It stops it being delivered to that channel. The event still appears in your Notifications panel in Claap.
So if your goal is a quieter inbox, this is the right screen. If your goal is not to be notified at all about a particular recording, that's a different thing and this screen won't do it.
For Slack delivery to work
The Slack integration has to be connected on the workspace first, from Apps & Integrations. Until it is, the Slack column here has nothing to send through. See Claap x Slack integration.
