The Claap mobile app keeps recording when your phone is locked, when the network drops, or when you lose signal during a visit.
Recording without network
You can record offline. The recording uploads automatically once you're back online. The app also opens and shows your calendar meetings without network.
If the app closes during a meeting
What was recorded is recovered and uploaded the next time you open the app.
Uploads
The audio stays on your phone until the upload is complete. Recordings are now half the size, so they upload faster and use less mobile data.
Get the latest version
Make sure you have version 1.2.0 or later. If not, update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and tap Reload on "New version available". If you don't see it, fully close and reopen the app, up to twice.
Known limitation
Phone calls received during a recording are not handled yet. This will come in a later update.
