There are several ways to send us a support request, question, or some feedback:
Directly from the Help Center
On the bottom right corner of this page, you can find the chat icon. Click on it to open a chat session with our Support team.
From within the app
Share a claap video with us or use the chat by clicking on the ? button in the header or in the lateral bar.

When clicking on the ? button, this will open our Help & Support popin. In that popin, you can click on "Message support" to open the chat:
💡 Anywhere in the app, you can type ? on your keyboard and this will directly open the Help & Support popin.
