If you are unable to view your claap video, it's important to understand what could be causing it and how you can resolve this.

Processing speed

The processing speed depends on several factors:

  • Duration of your video, longer videos will take longer to process.

  • Your Internet upload speed

  • Your Internet connection β€” make sure you're connected to a stable internet connection. If you experienced an interruption while recording (wifi or internet dropout) or during processing, your video may not upload with success.

  • It's important that you copy the blob:httpurl entirely and paste that in the same browser
