Setting your password after creating a Claap account from lemlist

If you created your Claap account directly on claap.io (not through lemlist), this guide does not apply. Not sure? Reach out to support@claap.io and we'll check for you.

When you create a Claap account via lemlist, no password gets set automatically which means you won't be able to log in until you create one. The good news: it takes about two minutes.

Head to app.claap.io/sign-in and click Forgot Password? Yes, even though you've never had one, this is the right path.

Enter the email address you use for your lemlist account and hit Send Reset Email. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Claap, click the link inside, and follow the prompts to create your password.

Once that's done, go back to app.claap.io/sign-in, log in with your email and new password, and you're in. You'll land straight on your Claap workspace dashboard.
