Managing your account and profile in the Claap mobile app

Written by Enzo Soverini

Your account screen is where you manage your personal profile, the workspace you belong to, your notification preferences, and your overall app experience. This article walks through every option available on the account screen of the Claap mobile app.

Opening your account screen

From the My meetings home screen, tap your workspace icon in the top-right corner (for example, the blue lemlist logo). This opens your account screen, with a Back button in the top-left to return to the home screen.

Your profile card

At the top of the screen you'll see a card with:

  • Your profile picture.

  • Your full name.

  • Your email address.

This is the identity your teammates will see when you share recaps, leave comments, or appear in shared meetings. To change your profile picture or display name, you'll need to update them in your Claap web account those changes will sync to mobile automatically.

Workspace

Below your profile card, you'll see your current workspace with a chevron to its right. Tap this row to:

  • View workspace details and your role.

  • See other members of the workspace.

  • Switch to a different workspace if you belong to more than one.

If you're a member of several workspaces (for example, your company plus a client's), tap the workspace name to switch between them. Each workspace has its own meetings, notes, and shared recaps.

Notifications

Tap Notifications to manage what Claap can notify you about and how. From this screen you can typically:

  • Turn notifications on or off entirely.

  • Choose which categories you want to receive (note-ready alerts, meeting reminders, sharing activity, AI follow-ups).

  • Adjust quiet hours or batching preferences.

For a deeper guide on notification settings, see the article "Enabling notifications in the Claap mobile app".

Send Feedback

Tap Send Feedback to share thoughts, bug reports, or feature requests directly with the Claap team. This is the fastest way to flag something that's not working as expected, or to suggest an improvement. The team reads every submission.

When sending feedback, it helps to include:

  • A clear description of what happened (or what you'd like to see).

  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if it's a bug.

  • Your phone model and OS version, if the issue seems device-specific.

Help Center

Tap Help Center to open Claap's online documentation in your browser. The arrow icon next to it indicates the link will open outside the app. The Help Center contains:

  • Step-by-step guides for every feature.

  • Troubleshooting articles for common issues.

  • Release notes and product updates.

  • Contact information for the support team.

If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Center, use the Send Feedback option above to reach out directly.

Sign out

At the bottom of the account screen, tap Sign out to log out of your Claap account on this device. You'll need to log back in (using Google, Outlook, or SSO) the next time you open the app.

Sign out if:

  • You're switching to a different account on the same device.

  • You're handing your phone to someone else temporarily.

  • You're troubleshooting a sync or login issue (signing out and back in often resolves these).

Signing out does not delete your meetings, notes, or recordings they remain safely stored in your Claap account and will be available again when you sign back in.
