Access to the Deals view is included with Business licences. |
The Deals view helps sales teams centralize deal context in one place.
Instead of jumping between your CRM, meetings, emails, recordings, and notes, Claap automatically brings together your latest customer activity and AI insights so you can:
review opportunities faster,
identify deal risks earlier,
prepare better follow-ups,
and keep your pipeline moving.
What is the Deals view?
You'll find it in the left sidebar of your Claap workspace, right between Companies and Contacts.

open detailed deal insights,
and review AI-generated deal summaries.

and prioritizing follow-ups.
Use default views to focus on the right deals
At the top of the Deals page, you'll see five tabs that let you slice your pipeline depending on what you need to focus on:
My deals | This is your default view. It shows only the deals where you're the deal owner, so you can quickly see what's on your plate without getting distracted by the rest of the team's pipeline. |
All deals | The full list of every deal in your workspace, regardless of who owns them. Useful when you need a global view, or when you're looking for a specific deal that might not be yours.
Useful for:
|
Open | This view filters down to deals that are still in progress. Ideal when you want to focus on what's currently moving and where your attention is needed. |
Won | A view of all deals you've successfully closed. Great for celebrating wins, reviewing what worked, or simply taking stock of your performance. |
Lost | The deals that didn't make it. Don't underestimate this view: it's a goldmine for learning. Going back through lost deals is one of the best ways to spot recurring objections, missed signals, or patterns to improve on. |
If you've just started using Claap or haven't created any deals yet, you'll see a friendly message: No deal listed yet Stay tuned, new deals will show up right here.
Deals will automatically appear here as they're created either manually, through your CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), or as you record meetings linked to specific accounts.
