Claap

Had a meeting you couldn't record with Claap? If you have a video or audio recording you can import it into Claap and still take advantage of Claap's AI agent and its automatic summary and insights.

To import a video or audio file into Claap:

Click on <code>Upload</code> in the dropdown menu

In the Upload popin that appears, click on <code>Add a video or audio file</code>.

Select the file on your computer which you want to import

Once successfully uploaded and processed, the imported video or audio will appear among your other recordings in your Library

1. 2. Click on <code>Upload</code> in the dropdown menu
3. In the Upload popin that appears, click on <code>Add a video or audio file</code>.
4. Select the file on your computer which you want to import
5. Once successfully uploaded and processed, the imported video or audio will appear among your other recordings in your Library

💡 You can also directly import videos from other platforms, like <a href="https://intercom.help/claap/en/articles/6951440-how-to-import-your-loom-videos" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Loom</a> or <a href="https://intercom.help/claap/en/articles/6976614-how-to-import-your-zoom-videos" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Zoom</a>.

We currently support the following video files:

- MOV, MP4, AVI, WMV, WebM
- Size: max 1Gb
- 1 audio track + 1 video track

We currently support the following audio files:
