Claap allows you to import video and audio recordings of your meetings

Had a meeting you couldn't record with Claap? If you have a video or audio recording you can import it into Claap and still take advantage of Claap's AI agent and its automatic summary and insights.

How to upload video or audio files

To import a video or audio file into Claap:

  1. Click on the Record button

  2. Click on Upload in the dropdown menu

  3. In the Upload popin that appears, click on Add a video or audio file.

  4. Select the file on your computer which you want to import

  5. Once successfully uploaded and processed, the imported video or audio will appear among your other recordings in your Library

πŸ’‘ You can also directly import videos from other platforms, like Loom or Zoom.

What are the supported video files?

We currently support the following video files:

  • MOV, MP4, AVI, WMV, WebM

  • Size: max 1Gb

  • 1 audio track + 1 video track

What are the supported audio files?

We currently support the following audio files:

  • AAC, MP3, WAV

⚠️ Currently, it's only possible to upload one file at a time.
