Overview
With the Claap x Outlook Calendar integration, you can seamlessly connect your Outlook Calendar to Claap and streamline your meeting experience like never before. Connect your Outlook Calendar to record your meetings with Claap in just a click.
Note that you cannot connect two calendars to your account. If you're looking to connect your Google Calendar instead, then check our Google Calendar integration page.
Turn on Outlook Calendar Integration
Open the
Calendarpage from the lateral bar:
Click on "Connect Outlook Calendar":
Log in through Microsoft's authentication with the same email account you used to log into Claap
That's it, at this point, you have connected your Outlook Calendar with your Claap account
Note you an also connect by opening your Apps & Integrations settings and choosing "Outlook Calendar":
Now that your calendar is connected, you can then view your upcoming meetings in My meetings page and schedule and view recordings directly from there. For more on this check How to record and view meetings.
