Some comments are meant to be visible only by your team and not shared with external viewers.
How to add an internal comment
When adding a comment on a recording, you can select one of two options regarding its visibility:
Everyone: this makes the comment and its entire thread visible to anyone who can view this recordingTeam note: this makes the comment visible only to workspace members who can view this recording
Recognising which comments are internal
When adding a comment as a Team note, it will appear differently in the comments panel and in your inbox so that you always know at a glance which comments are public and which are internal.
Internal team notes will appear with an "Internal" label : 
⚠️ You cannot change the type of a comment once it has been created. For example you cannot make an internal comment or thread visible to everyone.
