Change your profil picture
If you want to change your profil picture you can on the My Account section.
You can click on "Upload New Photo" and select your best profil picture for your Claap Workspace.
Changing your email address
You can't change it yourself. For security reasons, an email change is done by our team, so write to support@claap.io with the address you'd like to move to and we'll handle it.
Two things worth knowing before you ask:
If an account already exists on the target address, we can't move you onto it. That address is already a user. The way round it is to invite the new address into the workspace as a member instead.
Your recordings follow your user ID, not your email. Changing the address on an existing account keeps everything intact. But if an account is deleted and later recreated on the same address, that's a new user ID, and the old recordings stay attached to the old one. Changing your password
Set or update it here. If you signed in with Google or Microsoft SSO, you won't have a Claap password to change.
Appearance
Choose between the Dark and Light Mode in Claap as you want.
Delete your Account
You can delete your Claap account on this page.
