Customize workspace branding in Claap

Prerequisites

  • You should already have a Claap workspace set up and be able to log in.

  • You should have admin access to your workspace. Only workspace admins can edit branding settings.

  • You should have your brand logo file ready to upload (PNG or SVG recommended) and your brand color hex codes on hand.

Access Workspace Branding Settings

Open your workspace settings

Go to [Settings] in Claap's main navigation, then select [Workspace Settings]. This is where all workspace-level configuration lives, including branding, members, and integrations.

Navigate to the Branding section

Scroll down within [Workspace Settings] until you reach the [Branding] section. This section contains all the controls for your workspace's visual identity logo, player colors, and Claap branding visibility.

Upload a Custom Logo

Upload your workspace logo

In the [Branding] section of [Workspace Settings], locate the logo upload field and upload your logo file. Your logo will appear in your workspace and on shared recordings, replacing the default Claap logo.

Use a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background for the cleanest result. A square or horizontal logo with a clear background works best across all display contexts.

Customize Video Player Colors

Edit the video player colors

In the [Branding] section of [Workspace Settings], find the video player color settings and enter your brand's hex color code. These colors apply to the Play button and the timeline bar that viewers see when watching your recordings.

Aligning the player colors with your brand palette ensures a seamless visual experience for anyone watching your shared recordings.

Remove Claap Branding

Remove the Claap watermark

In the [Branding] section of [Workspace Settings], toggle off or disable the Claap branding option. This removes the Claap logo and watermark from your workspace and from recordings shared externally.

Removing Claap branding gives your recordings a fully white-labeled appearance, useful when sharing with clients who don't need to know which tool you're using.
