Search across your workspace
Open Search from the left sidebar or press ⌘ K (Mac) / Ctrl + K (Windows).
From there, you can search for:
Recordings
Folders
Companies, contacts, or deals (if your CRM is connected)
Keywords and phrases mentioned inside meeting transcripts
When searching transcripts, Claap highlights every matching occurrence. Simply click a result to jump directly to the exact moment it was said in the recording.
Search within a folder
If you're already inside a Folder, you can use the search bar to narrow down the recordings displayed in that Folder only.
This is useful when you're working on a specific project or team and don't want to search your entire workspace.
