Player branding: logo, colors and Claap branding

Add your logo, set your player colors and remove Claap branding on shared folders and videos.

The Player tab of Branding controls what people see when they open your folders and videos with a public link. You can add your logo, match the player to your brand colors and remove Claap branding.

These settings apply to the whole workspace and are managed by workspace admins and owners

Before you start

  • An admin or owner role in the workspace

  • Your logo file ready to upload

  • Your brand color, if you want to change the player colors

Open the Player settings

  1. Open Settings

  2. Under Workspace Settings, click Branding

  3. Select the Player tab

Upload a custom logo

Your logo appears on folders and videos when they are viewed with a public link.

  1. Click Upload logo

  2. Select your logo file

💡 A logo with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.

Edit video player colors

This color applies to the Play button and the Timeline of the video player.

  1. Click the color swatch on the right

  2. Pick your brand color

  3. Click Save changes

Remove Claap branding

Turn on Remove Claap branding to hide the Claap watermark, the Claap logo and the sign up buttons. Your shared recordings then carry only your own branding.

This is useful when you share recordings with clients or prospects and want a fully white labeled experience.
