You can generate and download a .mp4 file of your claaps. This feature is accessible from the settings menu, available on the claap screen, and on the folder screen.
Downloading a claap video is only available on the Pro/Business Plan. Users on Free or Basic plans need to upgrade to access this feature.
How to download a claap video
From the Claap screen
On the page of a particular claap, click on the
•••button at the top of the claap video.Click on
Downloadin the overlay to download the claap.
If you do not see the download option, ensure your workspace is on the Pro plan or higher. Verify this in your account settings or contact your workspace administrator to confirm the plan details. If necessary, request an upgrade.
From the folder screen
You can also download a claap from the folder page.
Click on the
•••button next to title of any claap.Click on
Downloadin the overlay to download the claap. Additionally, Claap allows you to export transcriptions along with the video download, if available. This feature can be useful for documentation or sharing purposes.
